One price list, for people and their agents.
Every report has a public price, set by how much clinician commentary its edition cites. Buy the current edition, or follow the trial with weekly updates.
| Size | Commentary sources cited | One edition | 3 months of updates | 6 months of updates | 12 months of updates |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Focused | 1–12 | $750 | $1,300 | $1,900 | $2,600 |
| Standard | 13–40 | $1,250 | $2,200 | $3,100 | $4,400 |
| Deep | 41+ | $1,950 | $3,400 | $4,900 | $6,800 |
Size is counted on the commentary sources the edition cites, not on how many we screened or how prominent the trial is. A small trial's report can matter as much as a large one's, so the price range is narrow. Each report page shows its size and price.

The current edition
A fresh check when you buy
Speakers as they appear
People and agents
How buying works
The edition you buy is current as of its last check. Buying it also starts a fresh check, so you are not left with an old edition.
- 01
You pay
Choose the edition or weekly updates on the report's page and pay by card through Stripe. Your agent can place the same order and hand you the payment link.
- 02
You get the current edition
As soon as payment clears, we email you the downloads, a licence key, and a prompt that connects your AI agent to the report. One key holds every report you buy, and your agent can reuse it to buy more.
- 03
We check for anything newer
The purchase starts a search for new commentary on the trial. If a new edition results, we send it to you; if not, we tell you the edition is current.
Prefer to talk first, or need an invoice or a purchase order? Talk to Tom and Audun. Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically.
Follow a trial for 3, 6 or 12 months
Subscribed trials are checked every week. When new commentary changes a finding, you get the new edition and a note of what changed.
Every new edition
Credit for what you bought
Several trials
Your price stays as bought until renewal, even if a weekly update moves the trial up a size.
Identity linkages, for 12-month plans
Every report already names and describes each speaker as the source presents them, at the regular price. Identity linkages are an add-on you never need to buy.
$15
per identity-verified person in the report at purchase, capped at the report's one-edition price. Optional.
The add-on links each clinician in the report whose identity we have verified to their ID numbers. The main one is the NPI, so your team can join the report's voices to the NPI-keyed data it already has, such as Salesforce or Veeva CRM. It also adds specialty, X and LinkedIn where linked, ORCID, OpenAlex, Google Scholar and NIH IDs, and research affiliations.
It is offered only with 12-month update plans, as a separate choice when you buy. You pay for the people verified when you buy; people added or verified later in the term are included at no charge.
The full clinician database is part of the Enterprise MCP.
Your agents, the whole corpus
Every report your organization licenses, search across the full commentary corpus, and clinician profiles, from ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or your own agent. Quoted per organization, starting with a pilot.
Details
- Who can use a report?
- Your team and the agents it runs, inside your organization. Reports may not be resold, used to build competing products or used to train models. The terms of use have the details.
- Can my agent buy a report?
- Yes. Your agent can find a report with the free MCP tools, read its price from the report's JSON, and place an order. The order returns a Stripe payment link for a person to pay; once paid, the agent receives the licence key and reads the report through the MCP.
- Why price by sources cited?
- It is what you read. A trial can be widely discussed yet yield few sources that say anything specific about it, and a quiet trial's few sources can be the ones you need.
- Do you cover trials not in the catalog?
- Yes. Request a report and we will scope it from the trial's registry record.
