Terms of Use
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.erudio.com and of Erudio Reports, including free previews, report pages and their JSON and Markdown versions, purchased reports, and report content delivered through Erudio MCP. Erudio Health Inc. ("Erudio," "we," "us," or "our") provides them. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
If an AI agent uses, requests or buys Erudio content for you or your organization, its actions are treated as yours, and you are responsible for them.
If your organization has a signed agreement with Erudio, such as an MSA or order form, that agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms.
2. Your License
When you buy or subscribe to a report, Erudio grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it internally, by your people and by the AI agents your organization runs for its own work, under the terms of your purchase. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to Erudio in your own internal and external materials. Free previews may be read, linked and cited with attribution. Public pages, including previews, llms.txt and catalog.json, are open to search engines, AI crawlers and AI agents, which may index and use them; please link back to the report page.
Optional identity linkages, where purchased, are licensed on the same terms. Use them only as applicable law allows, including the privacy and marketing rules that apply to contacting clinicians.
3. Purchases
Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Each purchase is confirmed in writing: the order confirmation email states the report, the edition or term, the price and any options, and governs that purchase. Purchases made by invoice or purchase order are confirmed the same way. Subscriptions are prepaid for their term and do not renew automatically. If a paid report is not delivered, Erudio refunds the purchase in full; once a report has been delivered, purchases are not refundable.
4. Restrictions
Unless Erudio agrees otherwise in writing, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or otherwise make reports, or substantial parts of them, available to anyone outside your organization, whether as is, reformatted, or combined with other content.
- Use reports, previews or other Erudio content to build, improve or benchmark a product or service that competes with Erudio Reports, Erudio MCP or MedAffairsAI®.
- Use licensed reports or Erudio MCP results to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning or AI models, or to build datasets for that purpose. Using a report as context for an agent working for your organization is permitted.
- Scrape, bulk download or systematically extract licensed content beyond what the catalog, llms.txt, JSON and MCP interfaces publish for that purpose. Crawling public pages is permitted.
- Remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
5. Ownership
Erudio and its licensors own the reports, the catalog, the website and the MedAffairsAI® platform, including their text, data, structure and design. Sources quoted or linked in a report belong to their owners. Except for the license above, these terms grant no rights.
6. Nature of the Reports
Reports describe what clinicians say in public about clinical trials. They are market research, not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for the underlying trial data or professional judgment. Opinions in a report belong to the clinicians who expressed them. The method and its limits are described on the Methods page.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The website and reports are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Erudio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from their use. Erudio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report or subscription the claim concerns in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
Erudio may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. Sections 4 to 9 survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last Updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
